Settings Reference

Every option on the one-page AJAX settings screen. Checkboxes use hidden fallbacks, so unchecking and saving reliably turns features off.

Core

• Enable — master switch; link and modal disappear while off.
• Type — Close (closeclient) or Delete (deleteclient).
• Days — grace period, 0–3650.
• Captcha Site/Secret Key — optional reCAPTCHA on the password step (empty disables it; the secret is masked in the audit log).
• Admins — per-administrator checkboxes for the notification email.
• Link Color — sidebar link color (default #de4747; clear for template default).
• Show Link In — Account and/or Your Profile panels, tried on both sidebars.
• Direct Modal Link — copyable clientarea.php#deleteaccount URL.
• Keep activity log — retention days (0 = forever).

Survey, offer, safeguards

• Survey Mode — off / optional / required.
• Save Offer — enable, title, body, button text, promo code, trigger reasons.
• Request Safeguards — off / warn / block over invoices, tickets, transfers, services, credit.
• Extension Days — one-time client extension (7/15/30/60).

Review, finance, 2FA

• Admin Review — hold requests at/above the Min Credit / Min Active Services thresholds for approval.
• Finance Guard — off / warn / block on unpaid balances at request and execution time.
• Leftover Credit — keep on file / apply to oldest unpaid invoices / forfeit at execution.
• Email Verification Code — 6-digit second factor, auto-sent, 10-minute expiry.

Every save writes one audit entry listing each changed value (Days 15 > 30), or Settings saved (no changes).
