Client self-service

• Sidebar link (Close/Delete My Account, translated) in the configured panels — Account and/or Your Profile, primary and secondary sidebars — with a configurable text color.
• WHMCS-native modal flow: password (+ optional reCAPTCHA) → email verification code (optional) → exit survey (optional/required) → save offer (when matched) → confirm → done. No custom dialog libraries.
• Locked scheduled notice: logging back in while a request pends re-opens an undismissable modal — owners Confirm or Cancel; unpermitted sub-users get Logout only.
• Deep link: any client-area URL ending in #deleteaccount opens the modal — paste it into custom menus on sidebar-less templates.
• Sub-user permissions: owners flag users on the core permissions page; flagged users run the flow like owners.

Grace period & execution

• Configurable grace period in days (close or delete mode) with remaining-days countdown in the admin grid.
• One-time extension: clients add +N days once from the scheduled notice.
• Daily cron executes due requests via closeclient / deleteclient, logs the completion, and prunes the activity log per retention.
• Emails: client notice + admin notification on scheduling, plus the verification-code mail — five seeded templates with editor merge fields.

Win-back & protection

• Exit survey (off/optional/required) with stats, recent answers and CSV export.
• Save offers: reason-matched promo with claimed/dismissed tracking.
• Safeguards: warn/block scan over unpaid invoices, open tickets, pending transfers, active services and credit.
• Admin review: hold high-value requests (credit/services thresholds) for manual approval.
• Finance guard: refuse or warn on unpaid balances; leftover credit kept, applied to invoices, or forfeited.

Admin & audit

• Analytics dashboard (landing tab): KPI cards, cancellation trend, churn doughnut, grace bar, range switcher, summary CSV export.
• Admin homepage widgets: pending queue (stats + grace bar) and win-back pulse (stats + churn doughnut) — enable them from the homepage Customize panel.
• Requests grid (DataTables) with Review/Requested/Canceled/Extended badges, approve/cancel/delete actions and CSV export.
• Client summary alert: red banner on profiles with a live request.
• Activity Log: actor attribution, IP, browser user-agent, per-change settings history, retention pruning.
• AJAX settings with toasts, SweetAlert2 confirms, MiniColors picker, session-expiry handling.
