Admin Usage Guide

The module has three tabs: Dashboard, Activity Log, Settings.

1. Dashboard

Three counters (total resets, this month, today), a quick action bar (generate a test password, find a client, open Settings), a daily Reset Trend chart and the latest activity with date, actor badge and detail. The chart and the activity panel filter by the last 7 / 30 / 90 days or all time, and the counters always show the full picture. All Time starts at the first recorded reset and is capped at 366 days.

2. Settings

Password length (8–64), the character types the generator may use (letters, numbers, symbols) and log retention. AJAX save with a toast per change; every save writes one audit entry naming each changed value. Access control uses WHMCS’s built-in role list on the Addon Modules page.

3. Activity Log

Every password change and settings save, newest first (25/page), with IP and browser user-agent per row.
