Troubleshooting

The usual suspects, fastest fixes first.

Modal won't open

• Confirm your admin role is in the configured Access Roles list.
• Check the browser console for JS errors; the modal needs jQuery + the WHMCS #modalAjax container.

Password not saved / email not sent

• Check the Activity Log for the change entry and any settings errors.
• Verify the Change User Password email template exists and is active.
• Confirm localAPI('SendEmail') is permitted for your admin.

Action missing from the dropdown

• Your role is not in Access Roles, or the module page hasn't loaded the injection script (check AdminAreaHeadOutput hook).
