Every password change and settings save, attributed and searchable.

What each row shows

• Date of the event.
• Actor badge (admin / client / system) plus the resolved name.
• Detail — human-readable text.
• IP — request address (REMOTE_ADDR only) with the browser user-agent beneath it (full string on hover).

Retention

Keep-days come from Settings (0 = forever), enforced by the daily cron.
