Clicks & Activity Log

What visitors click, and what admins change — recorded automatically.

Click tracking

Every client-area menu click is recorded against its menu row and shown in the grid's Clicks column. Delivery uses navigator.sendBeacon, so following the link never cancels the count. Editing an item never resets its counter.

Badge counters

The item editor's Badge dropdown (clients pages only) shows a live counter next to the label:

• Total / active products & services, total / active domains.
• Due / total / overdue invoices (due = unpaid; overdue = unpaid past due date).
• Active (anything but Closed) / total tickets.
• Credit balance (formatted amount).

Counters resolve per logged-in client and are cached per request; logged-out visitors see no badge. None leaves the item alone (stock badges are never wiped).

Activity Log

The log page (after Clients Menu) records add, edit, move, status, delete and settings updates with date, admin (username + ID, or System) and readable detail such as Visitors Primary / Home (#1) > Enabled or Update: Keep activity log 90 > 30.

• Searchable/sortable DataTables grid (25 per page, newest first), one color per action.
• Keep activity log (Settings) sets retention in days; 0 keeps everything. Old entries are pruned by the WHMCS daily cron.
• Clear Log wipes the table after a confirmation. Recording itself can never break a save.
