Admin Usage Guide
The top menu (Dashboard, Page Meta, Redirects, robots.txt, XML Sitemap, Settings) switches between the admin screens. The current page stays highlighted.
Dashboard
Status cards for Redirects, Hits, Meta Records and the XML Sitemap (equal-height tiles with live counts), plus an SEO Health Check that warns about missing sitemap/robots files, over-long titles and meta records pointing at deleted products, articles or downloads.
When Google Analytics is enabled and configured, the Google Analytics widget shows a tabbed dashboard:
| Tab | What you see |
|---|---|
| Overview | Sessions, Users and Page Views with the change vs the previous 7 days, and a 14-day trend chart with user / session curves. |
| Pages | Top pages of the last 30 days (path, title, views, users) and a share-of-views doughnut. |
| Devices | Visitors by device category (desktop / mobile / tablet). |
| Browsers | Visitors by browser. |
| Countries | Visitors by country. |
| Sources | Visitors by default channel group (Organic Search, Direct, Referral, …). |
Breakdown tabs show a percentage progress bar per row plus a share-of-users doughnut. Data is refreshed at most once per hour; if a refresh fails the last good snapshot stays visible with a “showing cached data” note.
Page Meta
- Go to Page Meta and click Add Meta Record.
- Pick the record type:
- Product / Knowledgebase / Download / Announcement — choose the item from the dropdown;
- Custom URL — type any path, e.g.
/domainchecker.php.
- Fill in title/description/keywords/OG image/robots. The preview shows the Google snippet and the social card live; the character counters warn you when you exceed recommended lengths.
- Save. Use the row buttons afterwards to Edit (blue), Disable/Enable (orange/green) or Delete (red).
Redirects
- Redirects > Add Redirect, enter a source path (
/old-page.php) and a target (path or full URL), pick the status code, optionally note it. - 410 Gone needs no target — it tells search engines the page is gone.
- Rows offer Edit, Disable/Enable and Delete; hits are counted automatically (when tracking is on) and can be reset with one click.
- Redirects are processed on every frontend request before the page renders.
robots.txt
robots.txt loads your current file (or the default template when none exists). Edit, then Save to write it to the WHMCS root. Restore Default prefills the recommended WHMCS rules; Delete File removes it.
XML Sitemap
XML Sitemap shows whether the file exists, when it was generated, how many URLs it contains, and offers Generate Now plus a link to view it.
Settings
Settings collects all module-wide options — see the Settings Reference for the complete list.
