Menu Manager for WHMCS
A complete navigation manager for the WHMCS client area. Control both menus — Visitors (logged out) and Clients (logged in), each with its own primary and secondary navbar: rename items, change where they link, reorder them, hide or disable them, or add your own custom links. Translate every label per language, attach FontAwesome icons, extra CSS classes and live counter badges, then recolor the whole menu with the built-in color studio. Pin the navbar on scroll, track every click, and audit each change in the activity log — on the stock Six, Twenty-One and Nexus templates, without touching a single template file.
What it does
Menu Manager applies your stored menu rules to two menus — Visitors (logged out) and Clients (logged in) — each with its own primary and secondary navbar. It works directly on the WHMCS menu objects, so the stock Six, Twenty-One and Nexus templates are supported with no template edits.
Menu editing
Rename, retarget, reorder, hide, custom links, icons, badges and per-language labels.
Styling & colors
Template picker, sticky navbar and a full color studio — phone-safe by design.
Clicks & log
Menu click tracking plus a full audit trail with retention and clearing.
Settings
Every switch explained: engine, sticky, template, colors, languages, retention.
How it works
Hook flow, label priority, storage layout and the click endpoint.
Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common issues, from untranslated menus to missing clicks.
