Downloading the Latest Version
- Begin by logging in to the client area @ https://www.hardsoftcode.com/clientarea.php
- Navigate to My Account menu > My Products
- Select one of your active license keys and click View Details
- The latest new release will be displayed along with the data of release for verification
Performing an Upgrade
- Take a full backup of your database using a tool such as phpMyAdmin
- Next, unzip the contents of the workast notifications zip file download to a folder on your computer
- Delete the old files for the workast notifications from your installation in this directory "/modules/notifications/Workast"
- Go to our client area and reissue your license
- Upload the workast notifications new files to your existing installation folder
- Login to admin area and go to SETUP > NOTIFICATIONS
- In the notifications page you will see the workast notifications click on configure to see if the module version number changed
